We deliver to all suburbs in Sydney between postcodes 2000 and 2770.
Once you have chosen an item in your cart, you will be able to enter the postcode for delivery to see the delivery charge.
Balloon Deliveries are available Monday to Friday.
Orders must be in before 10am for same day delivery.
Order online.
All deliveries are made between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.
Terms of Delivery
* Balloon Deliveries available Monday - Friday. Orders to business addresses must be in before 10am for same day delivery.
* Gifts In The Hills DOES NOT DELIVER ON WEEKENDS or PUBLIC HOLIDAYS (Exceptions can be made on Valentine's Day, see Valentine's Day Delivery Details Page for specific instructions).
* There are no timed deliveres available.
* Gifts In The Hills is not responsible for the delivery of your gift once it leaves our premises.
* AUTHORITY TO LEAVE means you are giving permission for the parcel to be left at the premises if no one is home to accept it. Please consider if the address is safe to do this. Please be aware that if you have NOT give Authority to Leave and the receiver is NOT at home, there will be additional re-delivery fees payable.
** WE DO NOT RECOMMEND SENDING BALLOONS UNLESS YOU CAN GUARANTEE THAT SOMEONE WILL BE AVAILABLE AT DELIVERY POINT **
EVEN IF WE CAN RE-DELIVER, OFTEN IT IS NOT UNTILTHE NEXT BUSINESS DAY. OUR BALLOON BOUQUETS ARE DESIGNED TO STAY FLOATING FOR 5 - 7 DAYS HOWEVER WE WILL NOT REFILL OR REPLACE BALLOONS BETWEEN THE ORIGINAL AND RE-DELIVERY TIMES. NO REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE ON BALLOONS ONCE THEY ARE INFLATED AS PER ORDERED.
